2000 Series Digital Hand Held Thermometer
The ETI 2000 series of hand held digital thermometers measures
temperature over the range of -49.9 to +1000°C with a 0.1°C or 1°C resolution. The 2001
thermometer measures temperature over the range of -50 to +1000°C with a resolution of
either 0.1°C or 1°C. The 2002 thermometer measures temperature with a resolution of
0.1°C over the entire measurement range of -49.9 to +199.9°C and the 2003 measures
temperature with a resolution of 1°C over the entire range of -50 to +1000°C.
The thermometers feature an easy to read, LCD display with °C,
hold, open circuit and low battery indication. Conveniently located is the front mounted
thermocouple probe socket which allows a wide range of interchangeable thermocouple
type K probes to be connected to the instrument.

The AquaTemp waterproof thermometers are housed in a unique, robust
waterproof cases offering IP66 and IP67 protection. The AquaTemp utilises tried and tested
electronic circuitry, designed for reliability and ease of use in routine day-to-day
applications.
The thermometers incorporate a clear digital display with a precise
readout of temperature over the range of -49.9 to +199.9°C or -50 to +300°C and a 0.1°C
or 1°C resolution. Both probe open circuit and low battery are displayed, when
applicable. The AquaTemp incorporates a push button audible on/off switch and is powered
by a 12 volt MN21 alkaline battery with a minimum life expectancy of up to 100 hours. The
AquaTemp's auto-power off facility automatically turns the instrument off after four
minutes, maximising battery life.

The CaterTemp 2 and 5 digital thermometers are designed with the
catering and food processing industry in mind. Housed in a robust ABS case, the CaterTemp
thermometers are a combination of proven circuitry and durability.
The CaterTemp 2 and 5 measure temperature over the range of -49.9 to
+199.9°C with a resolution of 0.1°C (CaterTemp 2) or -50 to +300°C with a resolution of
1°C (CaterTemp 5). Both instruments feature a bright, easy to read LCD, displaying open
circuit and low battery indication, when applicable. The CaterTemps are powered by a 9
volt battery which gives the thermometers approximately 200 hours continuous use.
Each CaterTemp thermometer is supplied with a permanently attached
food penetration probe with 130mm pointed stainless steel stem and one metre coiled PVC
lead.

The CaterTemp Plus hand held thermometers are housed in robust ABS
water resistant cases offering IP65 protection and combine advanced electronic circuitry

The instrument features a large, easy to read, LCD display with open
circuit and low battery indication. The unit incorporates a simple to use on/off switch
and is powered by a 9 volt battery which gives the thermometers approximately 200 hours
continuous use.
The easy to clean on/off buttons are conveniently located at the
front of the instrument as is the display hold facility. The CaterTemp Plus thermometers
incorporate an easy to access battery compartment with a secure, water resistant cover.
The CaterTemp Plus 2 measures temperature over the range of -49.9 to
+199.9°C with a 0.1°C resolution, whilst the CaterTemp Plus 5 measures temperature over
the range of -50 to +300°C with a 1°C resolution.
Each CaterTemp Plus thermometer is supplied with a permanently
attached, water resistant, hand held, food penetration probe with a Ø3.3 x 130mm pointed

Combo Digital Infrared & Penetration Thermometer
The Combo is two
instruments in one - a digital non-contact infrared thermometer with a foldaway food
penetration probe, combined in one compact, pocket-sized unit.
Simply aim the
infrared thermometer at the target and press the measurement button to display the surface
temperature. The Combo non-contact infrared thermometer indicates temperature over the
range of -32.9 to +219.9°C with a resolution of 0.1°C.
The distance to target ratio 3:1 therefore the thermometer should be positioned as close
as possible without the need to touch the surface being measured.
The Combo thermometer incorporates maximum, minimum and lock (continuous) functions and is
switchable between °C and °F. The unit is supplied with a default emissivity of 0.95,
however the emissivity can be changed from 0.01 to 1. The infrared thermometer is ideal
for taking surface temperature, alternatively, it is possible to take core temperature
using the pointed, stainless steel, penetration probe (Ø3.3 x 120mm) that conveniently
folds away into the side of the instrument when not in use.

The DM600 series of battery powered indicators accepts
either a RTD sensor or a thermocouple sensor, depending upon the model, and displays the
temperature on a 4 digit LCD display.
The sensor type is selected from a simple to use menu
system which is navigated by the use of three push-button keys located on the rear of the
display. The entire assembly is sealed into a cap that fits directly onto the SCH4 series
of connecting heads. Alternatively suitable mounting kits are offered to enable it to fit
into other sensor connecting heads if needed.

EcoTemp Digital Thermometer
The easy to use EcoTemp digital thermometer features a large, easy
to read LCD display with display hold and max/min memory functions. The unit measures
temperature over the range of -49.9 to +199.9°C with a resolution of 0.1°C or 0.1°F.
Both open circuit and low battery indication are displayed, when applicable.
To operate the max/min memory function, simply press the max/min
button to display the maximum reading and a max symbol will flash in the display. Press
the max/min button again to display the minimum reading and a min symbol will flash in the
display. Press max/min button again to return to the normal reading. To clear the max/min
temperature memory, press the max/min and on/off button simultaneously.
Each thermometer is supplied complete with a detachable, rigid,
pointed, stainless steel penetration probe (Ø3.3 x 120mm) with a 750mm PVC connecting
lead, protective probe cover, battery and instruction card.

The RayTemp 3 infrared thermometer is compact, lightweight
and easy to use. Simply aim, pull the trigger and display the temperature of the item
being measured, in addition the LCD will display the maximum temperature. The RayTemp 3
measures temperature over the range of -60 to +500°C with an assured accuracy of
±2%/±2°C of reading in an ambient temperature of between +15°C and +25°C, with a
repeatability of ±1°C of reading.
The RayTemp 3 is ideal for measuring food temperatures, eliminating the need to touch or
contaminate the food you are measuring, avoiding the risk of cross-contamination. It can
be used by anyone as there is no need to focus or calibrate the instrument.
Each RayTemp 3 features a single push button, allowing the user to select °C or °F. The
thermometer also incorporates laser assisted alignment as standard, to assist in
pin-pointing the area of measurement. The unit incorporates an 11:1 optic ratio (target
distance/diameter ratio) and a fixed emissivity of 0.97. An optional protective pouch is
available.
